accupuncture - expensive! appointments between $70 and $90 a pop, and I'd probably need 2 per week.

zofran wafers - got some today, they're not helping ... does it take a while for them to start working? I've only had one so far, but the Dr said not to have more than 2 a day...?

sea bands - we might have a winner. despite being unattractive little mini tennis wrist bands with a plastic lump, they actually really helped ... nausea mostly went away, but heartburn came with avengance - and was mostly relieved by Zantac ... is a combination of seabands and zantac my way forwards? perhaps ...

slippery elm - forgot all about it ... if the seabands stop working (and the zofran doesn't start working!) I'm on it like a rash (subject to safety for ziggy of course...)
